M-PATH is a free referral and consultation service available to anyone concerned about early psychosis for themselves, their loved one, or their client. We are an experienced team who specializes in working with youth, young adults, and families experiencing early psychosis.

We can help clients and families quickly connect with specialty mental health services and assist with the referral and care coordination process. We can also help clinicians who are seeing a client who may be experiencing psychosis by providing both short- and long-term consultation as well as facilitation of referrals to specialized treatment.

Services

For clients and families:

• Help with determining which services would be the best fit.

• Help with referrals to specialized early psychosis services.

• Care coordination and support throughout the referral process.

• Peer and family support/education.

For providers and professionals:

• Diagnostic consultation and education regarding risk for psychosis and early psychosis.

• Ongoing consultation for long-term work with youth and families with early psychosis.

• Facilitation of referrals to specialized psychosis treatment.
